New factory

The Company’s newest factory at Pasir Gudang was completed in October 2005. Consulting Engineers from Asia were engaged to supply the latest in new crushing mill technologies.

The new factory has a crushing capacity of 47 tonnes FFB per hour, but the buildings have been designed for easy expansion to 90 tonnes per hour when FFB volumes increase. Extensive oil palm nurseries have been created around the factory site to provide high quality APO seedlings to local farmers.

In 2005 a palm kernel crushing plant was added to this site with PKO being exported to oleochemical manufacturers around Asia and the expeller or cake sold to animal feed industries.
